Landlord often list their properties on the market when they're ready to rent it, an not too much sooner—so, it's a good idea to start your rental search about 1-2 months prior to your projected move-in date.
It is common that landlords will require rental applicants to fill out and NTN report. For more information on the NTN report and a link to fill out your own NTN, scroll down.
NTN Scores
An NTN report scores its applicants on a 0-100 scale it— reviews an applicant’s background and produces an overall score, much like a credit score, and corresponding rental analysis results. Both are based on a thorough and objective analysis of the applicant’s credit record, history of evictions and past lease violations. The NTN score also takes into account length of employment and residence to ensure a higher probability of overall resident retention.
When we proceed to sending your NTN report to the landlord, rest assured that we can also supply an explanation for any discrepancies that may show in the report.
